Our Story
Shela Quest Foundation began with a simple act of kindness and compassion. In 2017, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member noticed that many children in her community of service were struggling without proper care. She felt a deep desire to help and make their lives better. With this in mind, she gathered her friends and fellow corps members, and together, with the support of her NYSC supervisor, they started what would become Shela Quest Foundation.
Their goal was to meet the basic needs of these children by providing them with clothes, access to education, and opportunities to learn new skills. They wanted to give these children the tools they needed to improve their lives and have a brighter future.
By offering mentorship, teaching valuable skills, and involving the community, Shela Quest hopes to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for the next generation.
